The 'Club House' is shorter in height, but has the same interior space as the 'Fab House' structure. The interior 'floor' and exterior mat are 4"H. It is a safe structure and provides children an opportunity to pretend and imagine it as their own house. It can be placed either somewhere along a wall, in a corner or used as a freestanding piece.
