SafeSpace works
extensively with museums and other customers in the creation of custom
environments, specializing in the design, scaling and fabrication of infant-two
areas. We also participate as fabricators in a variety of projects beyond
this age range. SafeSpace produces simple projects, such as mats for infant
areas and seating for parents, and very large projects, such as a 13' boat.
We can meet your need with creative designs, excellent fabrication and the
highest quality materials available.
SafeSpace creates equipment and spaces to support
young children's development; e.g. to encourage gross motor development,
to provide sensory stimulation, to provide a quiet area for repose, or to
serve as a complimentary backdrop for other activities. We strive to create
designs and environments that are open-ended, so that no particular skill
is required for play and any child can enjoy and gain from their experience.
